We are all!

We are all Paris
We are all San’a
We are all Brussels
We are all Aleppo
We are all London
We are all Mosul
We are all St Petersburg
In hurt bleeding
Broken hearts
For thousands dead
Broken homes
And promises forgotten.

We are all north
We are all south
We are all east
We are all west
We are all Manila dispossessed
We are all Rio de Janeiro slums
In despair lost
Wide opened eyes
In plain shock frozen faces
Wide opened eyes
Senseless.

If we can all feel
The suffering humans cause
We will grow grey hair
In our mothers’ wombs
Babies would be born
A hundred years old
What have we done
What have we done
What have we…
Is there any of us left?
